Last minute cancellations are extremely disrupting and if a session is cancelled:
24hours+: There will be no charge and will be rearranged where possible.
24 hours-12 hours: Session will be charged at 50%.
12 hours or less: Session will be charged in full.
If the trainer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, a complimentary session will be offered.
To support the policy, I ask for sessions to be paid for a minimum of 72hours in advance
All products are shipped in an unused condition with a 6-month warranty. When we receive a valid warranty claim (general wear and tear not included) for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us
As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
If you return an item requesting a full refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you, we will give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
We aim to refund you within 21 days of receiving the returned item.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items outside the returns period above.

Standard Delivery £3.50- Using Royal Mail 2nd class (2-4 working days)
First Class Delivery- £6 using Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 working days, if ordered before 2pm)
Shipping Days: Monday- Friday. Order before 2pm for best chance of next day delivery
Cusotmers will be notified if the delivery times can not be met.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
If an item is in stock, order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days
If an item is listed as out of stock, it will needed to be ordered and printed before it can be shipped. The advised time period is 10-14 days. Customers will be notified if that time period will change.
