Perfect for small groups sharing similar aims, individual nutritional support outside of contact time.

Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations are extremely disrupting and if a session is cancelled: 24hours+: There will be no charge and will be rearranged where possible. 24 hours-12 hours: Session will be charged at 50%. 12 hours or less: Session will be charged in full. If the trainer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, a complimentary session will be offered. To support the policy, I ask for sessions to be paid for a minimum of 72hours in advance
